Tools for Network Admins

Hello all. I'm hoping to find some useful (free) tools that I can use at work to assist with my network admin job. I'm currently using pstools, EMCO Remote Console & EMCO WakeOnLan. Would anybody recommend any other free tools for good use? Have about 300+ Dell PCs on our domain. Thanks in advanced!

No network admin's toolkit should be complete without WireShark.

Spiceworks also comes in handy from the management side of things

Forgot to mention.. I had just installed Spiceworks a couple days ago and still trying to get it configured correctly. I'll check out WireShark. Thank you

Powershell! Remote desktop manager, solarwinds free tools can be usefull, I use their ip address tracker. Spiceworks can be powerfull as well.
