Default too meny Programs starting up!

Just as the topic says, I have way to meny programs starting up when I log on to my computor, is there any programs that will stop the programs from starting up? I have the Codestuff starter, but I don't know how to use it.

regseeker is what i use...its pretty simple...just use the "Startup Entries" and only delete what you know is safe.

start, run, msconfig, startup tab, disable programs you dont want, reboot

I use Spybot.
If you start it in advanced mode, then there is system startup tool and
some other useful tools. And its all FREE.
