Thunderbird and Outlook

I Have alot of emails on thunderbird, I want to export them and import them to MS outlook but they have different format, so there is some software or things to do to change one to another format

Open Outlook. Click File. In there is a setting called Import/Export. That should be able to import your email from Thunderbird.

I understand what you are saying. What i am saying is that Outlook can import from Thunderbird. Use the steps above to import you email.
