Default Are these viruses? Please help!

Does anyone know what this is: installer2 MFC Application? Is it a virus/spyware? It just randomly appeared on my desktop as vv.exe when I turned my laptop on. Last night, my antivirus program found two trojans on my computer; that's never happened before..

Oh, I didn't see this before, but I also have something called qq.exe on my desktop now. Please help; should I delete them, or are they important to my computer? Thanks.
