Is there anyway to uninstall Internet Explorer 6

Hi all, Is there anyway to uninstall Internet Explorer 6 and reinstall with out uninstalling xp home? Xp works fine and I have a lot of stuff on it but Explorer has slowed down alot. I can,t figure out why, it seems as though something is missing.
I ran a couple add and spyware programs and they found two which I deleted, did nothing. No viruses also.

Have you tried using a different browser to see if it's IE or your connection that's the problem?

If you're sure it's IE that's the problem and if you have the XP disk, you can do it this way.

Just use another browser. Uninstalling Internet Explorer can screw up your computer.

Thanks all. I got fed up with it and am now in the process of writing 0's to the dag gone thing.
