Okay are you using a full version (AKA Bought version) or the free trial of windowsblinds? The trials are okay and should work but only for a limited time. If it be a cracked version those are known to cause some problems.

I haev a full legit version. At first it didnt work right. But after restarting and then reapplying the skin it worked nicely.

I used uxthemepatcher and it had a mac theme, I believe the one your trying to use called wisp, build right into it.

After installing uxthemepatcher I rebooted navigated to C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes folder double clicked on wisp hit apply and the theme changed.

Currently using the Windows Media Player theme.
