Which temperature monitoring program is right for my C2D processor?

Speedfan and HWmonitor say that my load temperatures are 55C. Realtemp and Coretemp say that my load temperatures are 50C. I need to know which programs are correct because I would like to further overclock my processor from 3.6ghz to 3.8ghz. If I do so, my load temps in Speedfan and HWmonitor will be over 60C whereas they will be under 60C, and thus at an acceptable level, in Realtemp and Coretemp.

I don't trust SpeedFan, but RealTemp/CoreTemp are good ones. I'd go by those. Could always compare idle temps in BIOS to idle temps in the programs.
