Default Temp folder?

i was doing a virus scan and it found a bunch of viruses in my temp folder (C:/documents and settings/user/local settings/temp). while i was in the temp folder i found that there is alot of other useless junk do i need any of it

sorry lol but what are you asking? if you should delete them?
if so id make SURE u dont need them. Then you can.

It's a temp folder. Use the disk cleaning utility.

Start> Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Disk Cleanup

anything in your profile\local settings\temp folder is safe to delete. It's all cache data. Nothing more.

Temp folders are all safe to delete, but is the actual folder ok to delete?

yes, it will regenerate another folder at a later time. Don't worry
