TaskBar now showing up! Urgent!

I have Windows XP Home Edition. When my computer is boot up in windows, the taskbar does not show up. I even tried to press the button between CLRT and ALT but nothing shows up. Before entering windows where i select my name, the icon is bigger than normal. I would have to right click on my mouse and go to properties to change my size back to normal, but still no taskbar!.

yup. i have all my desktop items except the taskbar.

I went to control Panel to see what i can do with the taskbar, but when i click it, it does not do anything. I can click on other items such as the background property, but no taskbar.

well im not sure how to get it back for good but if it doesnt appear you can press ctrl + alt + delete to bring up Windows Task Manager and then under application tab click new task and type explorer and click ok. this should give you the task bar.

EDIT: acutually if you already have the icons this might not work...
