taskbar issue

i'm having a little annoyance rather than an issue with my Windows XP. when i hover over anything on the taskbar, the tooltip that pops up is hiding behind the taskbar and i can't see anything. anybody know why?

Maybe if ya toggle off & on the bubble info option.

Try:

Unlock the taskbar
Select to Auto-Hide
Open a couple of programs
Switch the taskbar back
