i cant get it to come up... lol. simple, i feel like i should say more but there isent.

Right-click on the Taskbar, task manager...

Unless you have a virus.

it dosent work either way... i dont think i have a virus? i just did scans and things like 2 days ago. i guess ill run them again lol.

Can you get there in my computer? c:\windows\system32
If you can't find it or open it there, I would say some malware has jerked with it.

well i d-loaded another v/s called NOD32.. and it found 1 virus, and about 300 trojans it seemed like lol... it works now. thanks for all the help guys.
