Ok - well even before I could do that - we had a power failure - so had to reboot anyhow- this time the razor software booted with a update to fix bugs- hmmmm Ya thanks!!
I will see if this fixes the issue of "no mouse at all" without the software running= I can now shut off the razor software and my mouse will work without it. Or if I have to do as you suggested above.
