Default Systray Clock/Date error

Hello everyone.

Here is the little bug i got, not sure if its cause by any other software or virus or trojan but here goes nothing.

My Clock/Date is switching Date every 1ms from 1990/ Wensday to 1994/Monday back and forth with the correct time.

Now this been going on for few days and i notice i got a rootkit installed on my computer, its removed corrently but this didnt go away.
