system32 error message please help?

I get this message when i try to open a zip ebook setup application.can anyone help?

Search for "AUTOEXEC.NT" on that box. If you find it, stick it in the system32 folder. You should be good.

If you don't find it, do the same search on another machine with the same OS. Once you've found it, copy it, sneaker it over to the effected machine, and paste it into the system32 folder.
