system restore Damage

Will performing system restore too often damage my system?

No, it will just clog you C: with un-needed files. I turned the restore off. Even if I needed to use it, it would not work because I use programs and other things that require alot of disk space, more then the allocated 4gigs of restore space.
If your having problems just format and re-install windows. But for simple problems try to fix them first.
