Default system restore

I recently had a run in with gator adware and did a system restore to stop my computer from messing up. Anyway after doing the system restore there was one program that I wanted to bring from the before the system restore to after. Is there any way to do this without CD burning technology.

My new upgraded and slightly less disappointing system specs-
Trigem motherboard
667 megahertz Intel Celeron
Intel(r) 82810 Graphics Controller
Generic IDE hard disk drive (30.00 GB)
Crystal WDM Audio Codec
HP PAVILION M50 [Monitor]
Windows Me
