Chaos Manager
Well I have used Chaos manager for years. Perhaps you can suggest another electronic diary as I find them invaluable for remembering things and reminders. This one pops up every morning and tells me things I can't remember.
Well I have got in to a lot of trouble running your suggestions. I have downloaded all the software and started to go through the things you outlined in axactly that order.
When I ran spybot I deleted everything. Then I decided that because my PC memory isn't that good, it would be better to have a restart. This is where I have got into trouble as on the restart I got messages from windows telling me that it couldn't find some files. I should have made a note but just panicked and restored the files using spybot. Then I ran a system restore in windows XP to put my PC back the way it was.
Now I'm not sure which way to go with this.
