System Idle Probs

Hi guys whenever i see my task manager....it is always shown that System Idle Process uses 81-95 % of CPU and it makes my PC slow even on the following details ::

What apps are running in the background that your taskmgr doesnt show? Do a msconfig startup tab check and see what else you have running. Also make sure that the show processes from all users is checked so you know if something else migh be running.
