System floppys

Not a bootdisk.com one.
Can my floppy work on someone elses brand new HD ?
Does it contain my mbd info or pevious OS info ?

Huh? You mean the floppy disk or the floppy drive? Neither contain your OS files unless it's a system disk...Not sure what your asking.
