Default System clock running slow

Does anyone know of a program that automatically synchronizes your Windows clock to the official correct time and resets it automatically. would like to be able to have it checked every 15 minutes not every hour. Any help is appreciated.

Double click the time in the bottom right. Then goto internet time. Check the auto sync box and click update now.
