Default System clock roll back non working programs

I am running a gateway 510 xl windows xp. I took it in for repairs. when I got it back some of my programs wouldn't work. The error I'm getting is this program is not working because of a system clock roll back. The time on the desktop is on the right time. Any help is appreciated

Check the date in your system clock.

Start > Control Panel > Date and Time. Make sure it has the right day and year.
