Default Sysprep SATA drivers

How do you load the Device Drivers for SATA drives in sysprep? I am having a very difficult time figure it out. If it does not work, what other options are avaiable besides sysprep.

Unfortunately, I don't think Microsoft has provided a new release of SYSPREP that is compatible with SATA drives. At the moment, any flavor of IDE or SCSI is definitely compatible (Although when you use SCSI it gets a little more complicated). I am assuming MS will publish another version of sysprep (or a patch) that will address this issue.

I think the biggest issue is getting the HAL compatible with all of the SATA drives.

Great question though, I am interested in seeing the outcome.

That does not work. After sysprep, windows XP gives a STOP 0x7B caused by the SATA drive. XP does not even read the floopy
