Sygate Personal Firewall Problem

OK, I had to go to this firewall from Zone Alarm because supposedly Zone Alarm can cause probs with Bit torrent and other stuff

My problem is that occasionally it pops up a box that says it has blocked an an attempt by NT Kernel and System from doing something.... I never got this from ZA and I have tryed to allow it to let NT Kernel and System to access the net, but that doesn't work and it won't stop popping up that box?

What is NT Kernel and System?

If its something non harmful then can you guys either tell me how to fix this problem or recommend a better free firewall to use other then ZA?

I tried to let it allow it, it says it is in the program, but it stills pops up a stupid little box occasionally saying it has blocked it from accessing the network?
