I've been looking all over on how to do this but nothing is coming up on exactly what I need if it can even be done. The CSR's that I work with need to be able to switch mailboxes on the fly. I need the to be able to just switch to another CSR's mailbox without closing Outlook and then choosing their profile. I've got mine setup for 2 people, my mailbox and another users. I can set Outlook to prompt me to choose a profile, but once in my email, I would like to switch to the other account without closing it. I know I can setup delegates, etc to send mail on another users behalf but thats not what I need. Maybe this can't be done but it sure would be nice. I'm still looking...
