u could try running sfc its sposed to repair and/or replace the corrupted sys. files even tho its sposed to monitoring them so they cant get changed in the first place but its always worth a shot as theres hardly anything to it. open a dos prompt and type sfc/scannow
now having a computer shop i would think u would have already done this but if not go for it
