A stupid problem with a most likely easy answer.

How do I make vista STOP alerting when i do things that i've clearly clicked on? I know that things with the wondows shield are because of security but like seriously almost everything i do requirtes me to "confirm the action" as if it wasn't me who clicked on it. I've had this laptop for a year now and am still not used to vista but i like alot of things about so i'm not going to switch back to XP. I'm sure it has something to do with administrator stuff but i don't know. Thanks

user account control > Turn UAC Off and reboot..
