streaming Help thanks

hello man o man i always have questions but it feels good when they are answered it just means i am learning more and More everyday. well i have winamp and i stream trace off winamp from a site called digitally imported.com before I got my Linksys router streaming never skipped or anything but now with my router installed it is buffering very constantly.. ur answer is probably gonna be something like to Port foward.. but if u can a step by step guide would be alot of help thanks - John
