Strange problem while brousing internet.

Well, here's what's going on. Lets say i'm on a website and there's a link that will pop up a new internet explorer page and take me to another website. The very instant I click on the link the program freezes up. When I close it, it will say that the program is not responding so I end task it. After that a pop up from windows comes up and asks if I want to send an error report. Now, I use SBC Yahoo DSL, so i'm not sure if it has something to do with the DSL or if it's windows. What do you guys think?

Ohh sorry, I am running Windows XP the internet browser is Internet Explorer but with the SBC Yahoo skin. Looks nothing like the regular Internet Explorer.

hmmmm weird problem! try firefox free internet browser and better that IE www.getfirefox.com

using that skin on IE is prolly whats done the damage since its prolly over writing a windows shell, which we all know windows just loves to hate on us changing their crap.....
