Strange emails

I was just looking through my sent items and I found emails I didn't send. All of them advertising walmart products? Here is one example:

I don't know if this is normal or if my account has been hacked. I have changed my password. Also, I am using windows 8.

Firstly, change your password to your account on a computer that is for sure clean and no chance of malware (i.e. not your computer).

Scan your system for malware with Malwarebytes Antimalware. Then run TSSDKiller to ensure no rootkits are found. Then run HiJackThis. Post all logs here.

I ran tssd killer and it found nothing.
