Why dont you use the win98 oem bootdisk to delete it and make a new one?

The oem is the home editon, and it still gives me the blue screen.

You must not understand me. I talking about the Windows 98 OEM floppy, bootdisk, etc. You dowload the program, execute it, it will ask you to insert a floppy so it can write to it, once its finished, then reboot and boot from it then you will be able to fdisk

Oh, ok. But this computer does not have a floppy drive. Is it possible to write to something else? Like a cd or flash drive?
