Default STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}

I have a system that is getting the error: STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}

The windows SubSystem system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x75e94874 0x0052eee0).

The system has been shut down

This error is not happening all the time but enough to cause a issue. I have run hardware diagnostics to see if it is a hardware issue and everything passed. I have looked in windows knowledge base ,although I find some similar references I do not find 0x75e94874 0x0052eee0 specifically.

Any Ideas other then re install os?

You need to run a windows repair. Back up all important data first. Put the windows cd in and boot off it. When it asks if you want to go into the repair console, don't and skip it. When you get to the partition part, select to repair windows.

Here is a nice reference: How to Perform a Windows XP Repair Install
Running a Windows Repair will not erase your files, but it is wise to backup in case of a failure.

My computer uses 1.5A-load, .8A-idle, .65A-standby, .05A-turned off on 125V.
