can any1 help me on which of these services i can disable when starting my computer because its started running really REALLY slow and iv cleared all my start up programs! when i tryd disabling all below my computer ran really fast but the desktop was different there was no sound etc etc etc

iv tryd going through them manually and restarting my computer but its like trial and error and something never works! please i would be so greatfull if someone could tell me which ones i should keep so i can disable the others
