Default Startup prgrams

Do I need the following startup programs?
  1. ctfmon.exe
  2. OSA9.exe
  3. KernalFaultCheck

I believe ctfmon.exe and OSA9.exe relate to Office... Do they need to be in the startup or will they load when I open an Office program?

I have no idea what KernalFaultCheck is....

Remove them from startup, see if your computer works. If you don't want to do that, google them to see what they are exactly then decide.

Ctfmon.exe is not required for stable OS operation.
osa9.exe - osa9 - Process Information
OSA9.exe Is also not required for stable os operation.

KernalFaultCheck is also not required for stable OS operation but it is suggested you leave it be because it is associated with the 'dumprep' command and performs memory dumps and writes debugging information.
kernelfaultcheck - kernelfaultcheck - Process Information
