Default Startup list

Here is a list of things that startup when my computer boots up. Is there anything I don't need? Thanks in advance

Where did you get this list?

I also suggest taking off just about everything except antivirus and firewall stuff.

I got the list from a software program called easy cleaner. Are you sure it's ok to uncheck everything but those things?
