That's all I get out of it. PCWorld recommended, and they talk of delaying startups about 15 minutes. The linear graph where you drag and drop startup items, for me at least maxed out UNDER 3 minutes. So if you're delaying more than 1 or 2 items, there all going to be run at very close to the same time ;
AND, hardly aiding boot-up speed, if they are going to start running before the PC finishes fully booting to begin with !!!????
Help.

I dont get it...what is the question?

I can have my system go from a cold boot to a working desktop in less than 3 minutes without any special apps and without disabling every single entry.

So i dont understand what this topic is asking or referencing.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one...

So are you after a program that will delay programs running at start up? So they will load in sequence something like, AV program, MSN messenger, outlook etc? or have i got it wrong?
