I agree. Google search + TF search = RESULTS!

Anyways, run MSCONFIG to edit the startup configuration for Windows. This will NOT work in Windows 2000. If you have Windows 2000, go to http://www.download.com/Startup-Control-Panel/3000-2094_4-1539340.html?tag=lst-0-1 and download the free Startup Manager, very small yet powerful freeware.
