delete what's in these folders:
C:\Windows\Temp\
ME, 98 and below -
C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
2000 and XP only -
C:\Documents and Settings\[user name]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\ (copy to the address bar in My Computer, and change the user name to one of yours)
- you won't be able to delete the index.dat of the user you are currently logged into. you can delete it by logging into a different user
C:\Documents and Settings\[user name]\Local Settings\Temp (copy to the address bar in My Computer, and change the user name to one of yours)
