Default start up media

Okay, i replaced the startup media file in c/windows/media/... with another wav file (the theme music to morrowind) then when it played it stopped at a certain point of the song. evidently there is a command that stops the music from playing after a period of time (probably in case there is a glitch in the system).

So... does anyone know where that command is so i can change the cut off time?

Thank you so much for any help! ^^!

Audacity can do it. There are plenty of apps out there for this.

Encode audio file - Google Search

There is a search that tells you how to encode audio files. Use this but jsut change it to the settings you want.
