Upon bootup I get the following to appear:

How can I prevent these last 2 things from popping up at start up?

Check your start up list and see if events is listed, disable events from showing during startup

tried disabling them that way to no avail. Any other ideas?

Check your Task Scheduler library and see what entries are there.

Also, deleting that item from the Startup folder will also prevent it from running on startup if there isn't anything in the Task Scheduler library.
