no wonder your computer is buggy, how many things are running at first??

disable everything but ccap and vptray if u have it and any others associated with norton and reboot

ok i did that but i have another little program
as soon as click start button all programs this thing lights up and it says New programs were installed but the last time i installed program was one week ago
i pressed all programs and zone alarm and google eart are yellow underlined
i ran two programs but new programs were installed still comes on

right click the taskbar, go to properties, start menu, customize, uncheck highlight new programs.
