i always get this message when i restart my pc

and my norton antivirus auto protection is off but it was on the time before, i checked settings and the box is checked(start auto-protect when windows starts)

and how can i see what programs are staring when i restart my pc
is it better that only a few programs will start up when i turn on my pc

ok i cant get picture in but it says the following
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

click Ok to terminate the application.
click Cancel to debug the application

if you have any startup problems in general,
download ccleaner

go to run in the start menu and type "msconfig"

then go to startup tab and it will show you the programs starting when windows starts.

i don't like too many programs starting on mine so i uncheck alot of them.

uncheck everything but your antivirus and firewall and reboot.

i didnt see the antivirus listed there
is pc will run ok if i will uncheck everything
