Default Start bar frozen

After I downloaded DesktopX whenever I turn on my computer my start bar is frozen. When I put my mouse over it the cursor it turns to an hourglass. Any ideas?

Try this ctrl+alt+delete look for DesktopX in processes for DESKTOPX.EXE end it also end explorer.exe the start menu will go away next file run new task and type in explorer now the start menu will come back and should work.

I would recommend staying away from any altering software of that sort. Especially, Windows Blinds. As you can see, you are already running into problems. I would just leave it the way it is, or get XP Plus!.
