Spyware X-Terminator Help!!

Hey. I downloaded the trial version of Spyware X-Terminator and I didn't like it so i deleted it. Then now whenever i right-click some programs, theres an option that says Scan Directory with Spyware X-terminator. When i click that, a window appears saying i'm missing a file for it to scan. I want to get rid of it, but HOW? It really annoys me. Can someone please help me on getting rid of that? It pisses me off.

be careful tho when playing with ur registry and export the keys before u delete them in case it messes something up, good luck
