Does anyone know how to locate the processes running on Windows XP? Reason I ask is because I now have all of these Search Bars installed on my PC, along with a whole lot of other crap I don't want, and I can't delete the folders, or anything else because their is a process running. So I need to know how to find out which process is running, so I can stop it, and delete it. Also does anyone have any sugesstions on good Spyware Removers? Cause I really don't feel like re-formatting the PC again.....

ad-aware and spybot s&d (download.com)

To locate the processes, hit ctrl-alt-del to open the task manager, then click the processes tab.

Thats just the thing, MOST of the time, the process running in the backround is not named the same as the program your trying to get rid of. Should I just go through the processes and close those I don't know of till I eliminate the one thats making it so I can't delete the file?
