Spybot-S&D

Hello,
I found this link through a general internet search for Table30.exe which is one of the files that is listed in my Spybot results showing a "Wrong app path".
Basically, the same thing that happened to kfh last November has happened to me this morning. I tried to go to Spybot but I am blocked from emailing them.
I am worried that these are false readings on the Spybot S&D results and if I "fix" them, it will damage my computer.
I could not find a link to a resolution for kfh's problem.

The only thing I did differently was, yesterday, I loaded Real Player. Suddenly, I have this list of Registry keys, Wrong app paths, Registry key, Registry value, etc. It also shows files from my D: drive which I don't use. The D: drive is an old drive and has some programs I use occasionally but not recently.

Can anyone help? I can post all 166 listings, if needed.
I have a meeting in 15 minutes so if I don't respond, I will be back later.
Thank you.
Maura

Just realized that kfh's post was from 2002. Still, I have the same problem.
Thanks,
Maura
Will be back after meeting.
