Spybot

I just downloaded Spybot but when I click on the help button or the index drop down nothing happens. What could be wrong because I would like to find out as much about this product as possible.

just goto update and run the program
fix problems
then immunize

all it does is kills adware spyware

doesn't bother me how big it is, ive got cable
i downloaded DirectX 9 SDK (approx 200MB) @ 1.2MB/s

there was an updated 'help' file to dl if you update sbot, that may possibly help. there was an issue where if you downloaded sb 1.2 & downloaded all updates at once .. when sb restarted some things wouldn't work correctly. (like skins)

u dont have to register spybot.. at least i dont remmeber me having to

You dont have to register Spybot. Also even though it has a less friendly interface than Ad-Aware, its more vigilant at detecting spyware and adware, and explains clearly why it detected the particular file.

I'd try another Download site and Maybe make sure ya got yer Virus scanner turned off before ya download and install it.
