Spikes in CPU usage

Why would I have constant spikes in CPU usage?

Well what's using the CPU when it spikes? Open up task manager and sort by CPU usage. Are you using programs when the CPU spikes? Listening to music/browsing webpages, etc?

Because there is a program causing the spikes.
