you can usualy guess hottest is the cpu followed by the graphics cards and chipset.

well.. my friend said that Temp1 is CPU temp.. but im not sure.. and if so, then its not the hottest... cuz i have a really cooled CPU (Winchester) temps stay around 23 C.. never seen it at 30 C

Most times i have found that the CPU is temp 2, when you have speedfan running in window mode press F1 to use the help screen, then select in the left pane, How To Configure. This will tell you alot of information about different temps, fans, speeds and voltages.
