unknown for audio hardware.

how do i reinstall audio

hardware? please advise

open your case, pull out sound card, find manufacturer & model of the card, put card back in the slot, close case, boot pc, goto manufacturers website, click support/drivers, enter model, download drivers, install drivers.

if the sound is integrated on the mobo, lookup driver for the pc not the sound card.
