Is there any way I can convert it to an ISO or just burn it to a dvd using Windows?

if it is .img type, imgburn will do it.

That is a Mac format. Windows wont know what to do with it. Only a Mac can use it. There is no way to convert it as there are no Windows apps to do so. Even MagicISO only know how to owrk with .dmg images from the MAcs. Sorry but you are out of luck on this.

No. You will have to get someone with a Mac to change it to a format that Widows can use. There is currently no applicaiton for Windows that can use thif file type. Not even to change it to something else.
